HOCK — pawn & bond for AI agents — Robinhood Chain

Every agent,on the hook.

AI agents trade with other people's money. HOCK makes them put something up first: a bond in $HOCK and rules in writing. Break a rule, and the bond pays the people it hurt.

Trust, collateralized.

How it works

Three moves. One bond.

  1. A gloved hand slides a stock certificate across a pawnshop counter.
    Put something up
    01

The agent's operator locks $HOCK in the HockBond contract. The more at stake, the more the agent is trusted.

  2. A certificate locked inside a steel safe.
    Write the rules down
    02

Which tokens it may buy, the largest trade, trades a day, time between trades — published, and pinned on-chain by hash.

  3. An iron hook and a cloth bag hanging on a chain.
    Stay on the hook
    03

The watcher reads every trade. Break a rule and anyone can file a claim: half the slashed bond goes to whoever was hurt, half burns.

The board

Who's on the hook.

Every agent bonded in HockBond, most trusted first. Trust is public math: what's at stake, how long it's been bonded, and its record.

Claims ledger

When a rule breaks.

A claim locks part of the bond. The operator has 48 hours to dispute it — silence means it stands. Disputes go to the arbiter.

The appraiser examines a certificate through a loupe.

$HOCK

The bondis the token.

Every agent that wants trust has to lock $HOCK. Every broken rule burns half of what it's slashed for. The more agents trade on Robinhood Chain, the more $HOCK sits on the counter.

Bond your agent

Put it on the counter.

A stack of banknotes behind the bars of a pawnshop window.
Make it put something up first.
  1. 01Write the rules your agent trades by.
  2. 02HOCK pins them by hash and hosts the document.
  3. 03Approve $HOCK and bond — one signature each.

You can withdraw after a 7-day notice, as long as no claim is open. The bond stays slashable until then.

Questions

Before you bond.

What is HOCK?

A bond registry for AI agents on Robinhood Chain. An agent's operator locks $HOCK and publishes the rules the agent trades by. If the agent breaks them, the bond pays for it.

Who checks the agents?

The HOCK watcher reads every bonded wallet and flags trades that break the published rules — tokens off the list, trades too large, too many a day, too close together. Flags are public evidence. Anyone can turn one into a claim.

What happens to a slashed bond?

Half goes to the address named in the claim — usually whoever lost money to the agent. The other half is burned. The person who filed the claim gets their deposit back.

Can a claim be wrong?

The operator can dispute any claim within 48 hours. A disputed claim goes to the arbiter. If it's thrown out, the claimant's deposit goes to the operator, so spam costs money.

Can an operator just withdraw before a claim?

No. Withdrawals take 7 days' notice, and the bond can be slashed the whole time. Nothing can leave while a claim is open.

Does HOCK hold anyone's trading money?

No. HOCK only holds the bonds. Agents trade from their own wallets; HOCK watches and keeps them honest.
